Malá inventura Festival will open with an intensive work meeting of foreign experts and representatives of the Czech regions and government ministries. Workshops and discussions will focus on the development of so called cultural and creative industries. Their definitions and needs are constantly changing. Examples of best practices from abroad will therefore help the regions and the capital with developing a suitable strategy and their search for tools that could support these activities.
The meeting is a follow-up of the Bridging the Scenes project, in which Nová síť participated and which enabled collaboration of the cities of Prague, Berlin, Sofia, and Copenhagen in areas such as the working conditions of artists, appropriate way to set up grant programmes, and others.

The project’s partner festivals include the Performing Arts Festival in Berlin (Germany), Selected Works Festival in Copenhagen (Denmark), and Act Festival in Sofia (Bulgaria).
