An adaptation of the South Korean novelist’s autobiographical text focused on the death of a sister she never got to know. The allencompassing concreteness of the colour white as a visual reflection of the deepest sorrow and ultimate solitude. Silence, light, and aerated concrete as materials with through which we can attempt to find answers to the question of whether we have a right to live this life.
